1000 recordered KAIZEN proposals in 2018
In mid November this year, a proposal submitted by Tomáš Koňařík from the Production Group (Plastic Squibs) in Location 1 (Jasenice) surpassed 1000-KAIZEN-proposal-submitted threshold. The proposal deals with the improvement of conditions for the BZ machine (a machine used for a bridge wire welding) checks. For his initiative, he was rewarded by a small gift and an expression of gratitude from his superiors.
