The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ms. Jana Malacova, showed an interest in the goings-on at our company
The company President, Mr. Shinji Ichikawa, together with Senior Manager, Mr. Radim Spisar, and HR Manager, Ms. Jitka Simarová, familiarized the Minister with current issues and laid out the overall impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on our business. The main topic of discussion was sustainable employment and responsible businesses, which are indispensable foundations for the creation of positive working environments for employees of all businesses. After the initial discussion in the company meeting room, the Minister moved to Production Location 4, where she, accompanied by the Production Manager, Mr. Vojtech Horelka, observed the production process and glass squib check. The Minister chatted briefly with several employees.
