ALL KSE EMPLOYEES GOT EXTRA MONEY TO THEIR REGULAR MONTHLY WAGE.
BY THIS BONUS OF 353% OF THE AVERAGE MONTHLY WAGE THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT APPRECIATED WORK OF KSE EMPLOYEES IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2018.
As the Senior manager of administration, Mr. Radim Spisar, mentioned: "the above 300% annual bonus of the monthly pay is a clear evidence of the fact that our company did well in the previous fiscal year 2018. Despite the fact that we did not fulfill the Business plan, our company has grown significantly in comparison to the year 2017. We are able to keep profitability on a very good level. Another positive fact is that in 2018 we were able to cope with several problems and unexpected situations we had faced.
Continuous growth, profit, efficiency and production without accidents and claims – these are our challenges for the fiscal year 2019.
